Joshua Radin Releases New Single “Man of the Year” and Announces Upcoming EP

by | Apr 19, 2023

Joshua Radin, the empathetic and engaging American singer-songwriter, has released his new single “Man of the Year,” exploring personal struggles with intimacy and vulnerability. The single is taken from his upcoming EP “though the world will tell me so, volume 2,” which is set to release on June 23rd via Nettwerk. The new release follows his successful EP “though the world will tell me so, volume 1,” released earlier in 2023.

Radin’s signature acoustic guitar and gentle vocals shine in “Man of the Year.” He explained his motivation for writing the song, saying, “I build walls around myself, always terrified of being hurt, making myself too vulnerable, which is I’m sure why the music I write is the exact opposite – I try to create a world in which I want to live.” Radin’s dedication to creating authentic and heartfelt music is evident in his work, resonating with fans worldwide.

The upcoming EP “though the world will tell me so, volume 2” features five tracks inspired by Radin’s travels in 2022. The singer-songwriter embarked on a journey to seek out new stories, leading him to record music in various locations, including Stockholm, Paris, and Lisbon. The resulting body of work showcases Radin’s unique perspective and rebellion against societal norms.

Currently, on a European tour, Joshua Radin has been performing in the UK and Ireland. The remaining tour dates can be found on his website, and tickets are available for purchase. Dublin-based band VNXI is supporting Radin on his UK and Ireland tour dates.

Fans can pre-order the upcoming EP “though the world will tell me so, volume 2,” and the 10-track digital/vinyl set featuring both volumes, set to release on June 23rd. To listen to Radin’s latest single “Man of the Year” and stay updated on his work, visit his website and social media platforms.
