LP Returns With New Track ‘Mi Corazon’

Multi-platinum artist and singer-songwriter LP (they/them) has today unveiled a beautiful brand new single ‘Mi Corazón’, the latest offering from their highly anticipated eighth studio album, Room 12, due for release on 2nd September.

Following the release of “Love Is All I Have” and “Best In Life”’, “Mi Corazón” offers another captivating insight into the heart of Room 12. “Mi Corazón” is a fluttering guitar-led ballad about the lust and love and destruction involved in becoming the most yourself. Translated literally from Spanish to English ‘Mi Corazón’ means ‘my heart’ and the song showcases LP beautifully exclaiming; ‘I want to be the one, to find you, I’ll find you, Mi corazón.’

Written by LP alongside PJ Blanco the song traces the emotional longing with LP’s signature vulnerability and LP’s stunning ability to be passionate, sentimental, sensitive, and expressive all in one. To LP, it describes “two of the biggest, hardest things I ever did in my life: coming out and becoming a musician.”

LP’s 2026 continues with their “All Is Not Lost” World Tour, including UK dates at O2 Brixton Academy and Manchester Apollo in November. Celebrating the 10th anniversary of Lost on You, the tour will feature songs from Room 12 alongside a special performance of Lost on You in its entirety. A full list of dates can be found here.
