English rock band The Stranglers have announced an extensive 19-date UK tour for March and April 2017. Entitled ‘The Classic Collection’ Tour, the shows will coincide with the release with the planned re-release of the entire Stranglers studio album catalogue from the period 1977-82.

With a catalogue spanning over 40 years and tracks such as ‘Golden Brown’, Always The Sun’, ‘Peaches’ and ‘No More Heroes’ dominating the radio airwaves still today, The Stranglers have established themselves as one of the influential British bands and they continue to entertain fans around the world today.

In addition, dub punk rockers (and friends of JLTT) Ruts DC will be joining The Stranglers as special guests for the entire tour. The Ruts were the powerhouse forward-looking punk band of the late seventies and as Ruts DC are now back in blazing trio form with brand new material and a boxful of exciting crowd favourites. Few three-piece outfits summon the explosive venom and playing skill of Segs, Dave Ruffy and Leigh Heggarty.
