
Ben Earle and Nina Nesbitt Unveil Heartfelt Duet ‘Make It Easy’
British country-pop sensations Ben Earle of The Shires and Nina Nesbitt have joined forces to release their cross-genre collaboration single, ‘Make It Easy’. The emotionally-charged track showcases the duo’s exceptional songwriting skills and affinity for classic singer-songwriter traditions. Both artists provide lovelorn verses that explore different perspectives on heartbreak, ultimately agreeing that staying apart is the only way to heal. Earle expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration, saying, “I’m so happy that Nina is singing with me too. We’ve had a lot of fun nights out in Nashville and she has such a love and understanding of Country.” Nesbitt also shared her excitement, stating, “I’ve always been such a huge fan of country music and The Shires, so when Ben asked me to feature on ‘Make It Easy’, it was an immediate yes.”
The single is the latest in a series of collaborations between the two artists, with Nesbitt having previously co-written songs for The Shires’ Gold-certified album ‘My Universe’. The Shires, known as the UK’s biggest country music exports, have enjoyed significant success with their previous albums, all reaching the Top 5 of the UK’s Official Album Chart and earning two Gold certifications.
‘Make It Easy’ follows Nesbitt’s recent release, ‘Luv Me A Little’, a collaboration with ILLENIUM. Her latest album, ‘Älskar’, has been her strongest work to date, blending pop and singer-songwriter elements while incorporating her Scottish and Swedish heritage.
