Blues comes to The Metropolis in a week of special shows featuring a wide range of performers…
London Blues Week returns for 2019 at the famous 100 Club, Oxford Street, London, United Kingdom and commences on Monday 14th January 2019 and then wraps up Saturday 19th January 2019.
In past years the festival has seen acts such as Joe Louis Walker, Bernie Marsden, Popa Chubby, Eric Sardinas, Stan Webb’s Chicken Shack, Oli Brown, Climax Blues Band, Son of Dave, Deborah Bonham, Downliners Sect, Ben Poole, Stevie Nimmo and more.
In its third year, London Blues Week 2019 will celebrate the genre across six nights with the following artists performing to the best of our knowledge:
Monday 14th January 2019 – Chantel McGregor plus Special Guests Lisa Mills and Jawbone (Featuring Marcus Bonfanti and Paddy Milner)
Tuesday 15th January 2019 – Kim Wilson Of The Fabulous Thunderbirds Plus Special Guests Giles Robson and Billy Flynn
Wednesday 16th January 2019 – Kim Wilson Of The Fabulous Thunderbirds Plus Special Guests Giles Robson and Billy Flynn
Thursday 17th January 2019 – Sugaray Rayford Plus Special Guest Jo Harman
Friday 18th January 2019 – Sharrie Williams and Sari Schorr
Saturday 19th January 2019 – Mud Morganfield aka Muddy Waters Jr. Plus Special Guest Bruce Mississippi Johnson
Tickets for all of the shows are on sale now.
You can either purchase tickets to the show(s) of your choice separately or you can opt for a special Six DayLondon Blues Week 2019 Festival ticket which grants you access to all SIX nights of music for the price of £82.50 each (Ticket Price is £75.00 each plus fees).
The ticket will be exchanged for a wristband on the door which will gain you entry every night.
