Robin Trower Announces New Album and Autumn 2016 UK Tour.
Guitarist Robin Trower has announced his new studio album ‘Where Are Going To’ will be released by Manhaton Records in the UK and Europe and V12 Records in North America on Friday 6th May 2016. Robin Trower’s career has spanned more than four decades having spent the sixties playing guitar in various bands including The Paramount and Procol Harum (he was in Procol Harum until 1972).
He then launched a solo career which saw him release several albums with a power trio and he continues to be a guitar innovator as ‘Where You Are Going To’ proves.
The album was recorded at Studio 91 in Newbury, United Kingdom. It has Chris Taggart on drums whilst Robin Trower provided guitar, vocals and bass. It was produced by Livingstone Brown.

Speaking about the album’s tracks, Robin commented “The new album features two very emotional tracks We Will Be Together Someday and I’m Holding On To You – both dedicated to the memory of my late wife.”
In addition, Robin will embark on a 13-date nationwide UK tour in September/October 2016 with special guest and label mate Stevie Nimmo. Stevie Nimmo’s new studio album ‘Sky Won’t Fall’ which is out now on Manhaton Records.
