These Wicked Rivers Announce November 2025 ‘Rock N’ Roll Oddssey’ UK Tour
Derby’s beloved sons, These Wicked Rivers, are proud to announce the “Rock & Roll Odyssey Tour” set to sweep across the UK this November. Expect a full electric blues-rock performance, delivered with flair, soul, and all of the trimmings.
It’s already been a monumental year for the band, with a successful European tour completed, alongside their spellbinding “Churches” tour, and standout festival appearances at Maid of Stone and Steelhouse. Now, they’re heading back to more traditional venues – ready to revive the timeless spirit of rock ’n’ roll on stages up and down the UK.
With the wonderful The Virginmarys joining them for the majority of the tour, this run promises something quite special. The tour kicks off 14th November in Newport, see full dates below.
Along with the news of this upcoming headline tour, These Wicked Rivers are pleased to release a live video recorded on the recent Churches Tour of “Just To Be A Man” from their latest album Force Of Nature, released last year.
Keyboard player Rich Wilson comments: “Just To Be A Man” is a song about inner turmoil, about feeling a deep disconnect with the state of the world around you and the demands that it places upon you. It’s a moment of self-reflection and of recognition that it’s okay to just be who you are. It’s a song that really seems to connect when we play it live, and the positive message behind the song felt ever more poignant being performed with our beloved TWR family at our recent hometown show in the beautiful aesthetic of St Peter’s Church in Belper.”
Drawing influence from the well of rock legends and blues greats, the band have made a huge impact since their inception with their unique brand of blues-infused modern rock steadily picking up plaudits for their gutsy live performances across the UK.
