Classical pianist Alexis Ffrench has announced a headline London show for the Winter to support his debut album ‘Evolution’:
Following the success of his debut #1 album ‘Evolution’, pianist and composer Alexis Ffrench has announced a show at Bush Hall, London, United Kingdom on Saturday 10th November 2018. With over 100 million streams to date and now over 1.5 million active listeners a month, Ffrench is proving to be one of the world’s fastest-growing classical artists to date.
Tickets go on sale on Friday 28th September 2018 at 9am (UK Time) at LiveNation.co.uk.
It has undoubtedly been a landmark year for Alexis Ffrench, with electrifying performances at Latitude Festival and the 2018 Classic BRIT Awards, where he performed his stunning track ‘Bluebird’. Ffrench was joined on the iconic Royal Albert Hall stage by opera singer Pretty Yende, accompanied by the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra.
Inspired in his youth by icons such as Stevie Wonder and Bob Marley, Ffrench’s combination of classical training and love for R&B and Roots music has helped define his unique sound. Trying to break the rigorous and academic preconceptions of classical music, Alexis has now found himself as one of the leading voices of a new wave of composers, redefining the genre made accessible by Ludovico Einaudi and Michael Nyman.
