Five-piece British pop outfit The Feeling released their debut album ‘Twelve Stops And Home’ to both public and critical acclaim. Radio hits such as ‘Fill My Little World’, ‘Sewn’, ‘Rose’ and ‘Never Be Lonely’ dominated not only the airwaves but also my CD collection at the time! The record was brand new and fresh but at the same time seemed familiar with the songs sounding like they’d been around for years. Its success resulted in the band headlining two nights at the famous Hammersmith Apollo in London and although I remember having to wait a long time for them to come onstage when they did it was pop music at its finest. Has realising that the album is twelve years old made me feel a little bit old? Yes it has bit but it is still one of my favourite albums and I for one am really looking forward to this tour!” – Glenn Sargeant Just Listen To This

The Feeling have announced the reissue of their million-selling debut album, Twelve Stops And Home, to celebrate 12 years since the acclaimed album’s release.

In addition, following a sold-out show at London’s Apollo Theatre in April 2018 the band will embark on a thirteen-date UK and Ireland Tour in Autumn 2018. The tour is entitled ‘Twelve Years And Home’ and will start on Sunday 14th October 2018 at Dublin Academy, Dublin, Ireland.

Having been newly mastered from the original tapes, Twelve Stops And Home will be reissued as a Deluxe 3CD + DVD digibook, and a limited edition double yellow vinyl.

The digibook includes all of the B-sides and non-album tracks from the campaign, plus an assortment of demo recordings and remixes, alongside extensive sleevenotes charting the album’s incredible success in the band’s own words. This edition also boasts the documentary DVD, The Feeling On Ice, telling the early story of the band as narrated by fan Kiefer Sutherland.

Twelve Stops And Home – named after the Piccadilly Line journey from Leicester Square to Gillespie Sells’ home stop of Bounds Green – was originally released on 5 June 2006. Despite being largely self-recorded in the garden shed of Ciaran and Kevin Jeremiah’s parents’ Sussex home, the album was a hit-the-ground-running masterpiece of fiercely infectious, life-affirming pop, pitched in the rainbow-coloured realm between Queen, the Scissor Sisters, ELO and Supertramp.

Four of the album’s big-hearted and velcro-catchy songs became bona fide hit singles (Sewn, Fill My Little World, Never Be Lonely and Love It When You Call), helping the band to become the most-played act on British radio in 2006, and earning them the Ivor Novello Award for Songwriters of the Year.
