Sons Of Liberty – ‘The Devil Is In The Detail Special Edition’ Out Now
A year on from its original release, Sons of Liberty are thrilled to unveil ‘The Detail Is In The Devil’ Special Edition album available on digipack CD direct from the band/digital now HERE.
Boasting 2 new bonus tracks, new artwork, gatefold and expanded booklet, the ever affable and crowd engaging band enthuse “We’re super proud of the album, all the amazing reviews and so many called it their album of the year, it’s been our most successful release so far. Our good friend Stephen Wood (Woody’s Photography) took some ace shots for us to add in to the booklet and cool new packaging courtesy of Andy Pilkington (Very Metal Art). A highlight has to be the two new tracks ‘This Town’ and ‘Full Force Five’ which we couldn’t fit on before due to vinyl constraint timewise. Maybe you’ll hear them live on tour…”
Dovetailing the release see the band on The Tour of Liberty 2025 with special guests Thieves of Liberty playing across the UK. A triumphant return to Planet Rock Winter’s End Trecco Bay opened the tour deeming ‘this is a band transformed, especially impressive’ and packed venues have followed. The run includes a long awaited London appearance at Cart And Horses, the legendary birthplace of Iron Maiden, along with a hometown Bristol show at Exchange, tickets are on sale now and selling fast.
2024 saw the band of brothers tipped for success by Classic Rock Magazine, featuring in their ‘Hot List’ of artists with their 3rd album ‘The Detail Is In The Devil’ receiving an avalanche of exemplary reviews across the board and was followed by a limited edition must-have EP featuring two previously unreleased tracks. Hailing from Bristol UK they have established themselves as one of the most popular live acts on the current original hard rock scene gracing the stages of high profile UK and European festivals in Call Of The Wild, Maid of Stone, Bully-On-The-Rocks and more.
With a reputation built on a solid foundation of extensive touring (including with rock royalty in FM, Grand Slam, Molly Hatchet along with sharing stages with Airbourne and The Darkness), they are armed with blistering live performances and a passion for creating exceptional new rock music. These boys uniquely manage to mix a lot of fun and humility with a deep appreciation for their audience and a deadly serious commitment to creating authentic, well crafted songs. “In our book rock’n’roll is about an immersive experience, real amps cooking, dirty guitars, drums being hit hard and a huge voice commanding the room; where you not only see and hear the music, you feel it too and you become a part of the show.”
