
The Jockey Club Live present TEXAS at Sandown Park Racecourse Esher In August 2025
Sandown Park Racecourse is thrilled to reveal the first headliner for its highly anticipated 2025
music summer season: one of the UK’s most beloved bands, TEXAS.
Texas will take to the stage after an evening of exhilarating racing for a full headline performance on Thursday 7th August 2025.
Fronted by Sharleen Spiteri, the band have sold over 40 million albums worldwide with a legacy that spans five decades. From debut single “I Don’t Want A Lover” to “Say
What You Want”, “Summer Son” and “Inner Smile”, the band’s music has become a defining
soundtrack for generations.

The Jockey Club Live events are renowned for combining an electric evening at the races with a spectacular concert, in an informal and relaxed open-air setting. Throughout 2024, the concert series welcomed some of the nation’s biggest music talents to historic racecourses across the country, with headliners including Busted, James Arthur and Becky Hill.
In addition to world-class live music, the events provide a selection of culinary delights for all, ranging from street food to the racecourses’ array of exceptional restaurants.
Tickets for TEXAS at Sandown Park Racecourse will be on sale at 10am on Friday 22nd November 2024 via thejockeyclublive.co.uk, with a presale available to customers at 10am on Wednesday 20th November 2024.
