This is an act you just HAVE to see in performance. Still on the young side, King has a very wide understanding of what makes roots music compelling..as we found out when we did a Q&A with Marcus a while back – see link to that below – ​so a chance to see this band is strongly recommended. Only a few acts like Live Dead and Magpie Salute just take off on flights like the MKB!

The Marcus King Band have announced a short headline UK October 2018 tour.

The South Carolina outfit will perform in Bristol, London, Manchester and Glasgow with the tour starting on Thursday 25th October 2018 at The Fleece in Bristol.

The Marcus King Band have released two albums to date, their 2015 debut ‘Soul Insight’ and 2016’s ‘The Marcus King Band’.
