THERA Announces European Arena Tour Supporting Global Superstar Jason Derulo Returns With Compelling Dance Remix Of ‘rewind’ Out January 16th
Hailing from the Czech Republic, rising star THERA is set to embark on her biggest live adventure yet. After a career‑defining 2025 supporting Eurovision winner Loreen on a sold‑out European tour, her ascent through the pop stratosphere shows no signs of slowing. She now joins global superstar Jason Derulo as the main support on the European leg of ‘The Last Dance World Tour’, kicking off January 29th at Glasgow’s OVO Arena and concluding March 2nd at Prague’s O2 Arena.
Set to take on iconic arenas such as London’s The O2 and captivate audiences of thousands with her passionate stage presence and bold discography – already amassing millions of streams – THERA is further cementing her status as one of dark pop’s most compelling new forces, all at just 18 years old.
The singer shared her excitement about the tour: “It honestly all still feels surreal. I’ve dreamt of playing arenas since I was a little girl, and the fact that this dream is coming true in a couple of weeks is crazy. I cannot wait to perform in front of so many people and show this new era of THERA… Don’t even get me started about the Prague show! The thought of being able to shout Ahoj Praho!, in my home city brings me to tears every time I think about it!”
Aligning with the tour, THERA is kicking off the new year with a striking dance remix of her tormented pop hit “rewind,” arriving January 16th. Designed to cut through the winter gloom with haunting melodies, her signature smoky vocals, and a compelling soundscape, this infectious dark‑techno rendition unveils a deeper, more shadowed facet of her sound.
Originally released in August, the emotionally charged and unflichingly honest track explores the vicious cycle of love and pain, capturing the push‑and‑pull of a toxic relationship with striking clarity. Its immediate placement on Spotify Editorial playlists highlighted her unique blend of mainstream appeal and introspective storytelling, drawing comparisons to artists like Billie Eilish while firmly establishing a sound that is unmistakably her own.
THERA reflected on the inspiration behind the track: “I wrote rewind about the never-ending cycle of a toxic relationship, where you know it’s wrong, but you can’t stop loving that person. I wanted to capture this feeling in a dance type record, where you feel yourself going round in circles and constantly rewinding the process from the start. It’s such a fun song to sing and dance to, but it also has a deep message that I feel a lot of people can relate to. I for sure did.”
Despite being early in her career, THERA’s mature songwriting and distinctive sonic identity have already positioned her as one of the Czech Republic’s most promising voices. With over 8 million streams across all platforms, recognition as the EQUAL CZ&SK Ambassador, and a historic milestone as the first‑ever Czech EQUAL Global Ambassador, she continues to break international ground for Czech artists. In late 2025, Spotify chose her as part of their support for promising new talent. This included her debut promotion on the iconic NYC Times Square billboard and FC Barcelona.
Influenced by the many artists she grew up listening to, including Madison Beer, SZA, Tate McRae, and Rihanna, THERA forges each release with an open heart and passionate work ethic. The unique story, behind her name, comes from songwriting serving as a therapeutic outlet for herself, long before starting her career. When the time came to start putting music out, the name THERA came naturally stemming from the word Therapy: It felt right and I never questioned it. I love the meaning and message behind the name THERA and started putting out music in the hope someone would find comfort or their own form of therapy in the words I had written so the name was really fitting
At just 17 years of age, THERA released her debut album ‘I Wish I Called’ in September 2024, featuring hit singles ‘stain,’ ‘DLTTI’ and ‘guardian angel’. Since her debut single ‘stain’ was released in April 2024, the star’s rare talent was launched into viral fame, particularly when her second single ‘DLTTI’ amassed over 3 million streams across Spotify and TikTok alone. The glorious lead single, ‘guardian angel’, landed prime spots on huge editorial Spotify playlists such as New Music Friday and Equal, receiving widespread acclaim from fans and critics alike.
In early 2024, she was discovered by the SOUNDS INC Management Team and began her recording journey in legendary Nashville studios OCEAN WAY and SOUND EMPORIUM, co-writing with legendary writers such as Grammy-award-winning Steve Diamond (Eric Clapton, Miley Cyrus, Britney Spears) and Jeff Cohen (Jake Bugg, Josh Groban, Mandy Moore). After a long period of using music as a personal outlet, THERA is now ready to share her unique voice with the world.
