by | Apr 7, 2023

Greta Van Fleet, the Grammy-winning rock band, has announced their highly anticipated third studio album, Starcatcher, set for release on July 21 through Lava/Republic/EMI Records. The album’s first single, ‘Meeting The Master’, has debuted today and is available to listen and share here.

Produced by Grammy-winner Dave Cobb, Starcatcher was recorded at the legendary RCA Studios in Nashville. The band—Josh Kizska (lead singer), Jake Kizska (guitarist), Sam Kizska (bassist/keyboardist), and Danny Wagner (drummer)—explores the duality of fantasy versus reality and the contrast between light and darkness throughout the album’s ten tracks.

Greta Van Fleet, known for their captivating live performances, sold over one million tickets worldwide and sold out their entire 2022 arena tour. With Starcatcher, the band aims to capture the energy of their live shows in the recording studio. Fans can pre-save and pre-order the album here.

After performing at the inaugural Lollapalooza Mumbai and completing an extensive U.S. arena tour in March, Greta Van Fleet returns to the road next month for previously announced festival shows in Atlanta and Memphis, with more shows to come. Starcatcher follows their critically acclaimed albums, The Battle at Garden’s Gate (2021) and Anthem of the Peaceful Army (2018), along with their Grammy-winning EP, From The Fires (2017).
