(DJ set), SOPHIE GREY., SISTRA, Harrison, Wendy Bevan and Sam Scherdel join the iconic headliners and their special guests Scissor Sisters on the bill.
Nile Rodgers is one of music’s most iconic and enduring forces — a multiple Grammy Award winner, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee, Chairman and inductee of the Songwriters Hall of Fame, songwriter, composer, producer, and guitarist whose influence has stretched across generations and cultures. As co-founder of CHIC alongside legendary bassist Bernard Edwards, he created “Le Freak,” the biggest-selling single in Atlantic Records history, and “Good Times,” which laid the very DNA for hip-hop itself — and gave the world enduring anthems including “We Are Family” for Sister Sledge and “I’m Coming Out” for Diana Ross.
His productions for David Bowie, Madonna, Duran Duran, and Daft Punk have sold over 500+ million albums and 75+ million singles worldwide. A lifelong humanitarian, Nile co-founded the We Are Family Foundation, a global movement dedicated to empowering the next generation of young changemakers. Nile Rodgers & CHIC remain one of the most electrifying live acts on the planet, delivering performances so joyful and euphoric that audiences everywhere are reminded of music’s extraordinary power to unite. This summertime Sunday afternoon is going to be a
non-stop party with Nile Rodgers & CHIC on the stage!
Groove Armada is an institution. For more than three decades, they have followed their own musical path, evolving from London’s underground club and free-rave scenes into one of the UK’s most influential electronic music acts. Formed by longtime friends Andy Cato and Tom Findlay, the duo broke through with landmark releases including Northern Star (1998), Vertigo (1999), Goodbye Country (Hello Nightclub) (2001) and Lovebox (2002), producing enduring classics such as “At The River”, “I See You Baby”, “Superstylin’” and “My Friend”. Renowned for
both their pioneering live shows and world-class DJ sets, Groove Armada became fixtures at clubs and festivals across the globe, from Ibiza institutions and fabric to Glastonbury and beyond.
With three UK Top 10 albums, three Grammy nominations, a BRIT nomination and over two million monthly Spotify listeners, their influence continues to span generations. Following the release of Edge of the Horizon and the career-spanning GA25 collection, the duo returned their focus to DJing. In 2026, Groove Armada continue to celebrate a legacy built on innovation, longevity and an unwavering commitment to quality dance music.
SOPHIE GREY. (the period is intentional) is taking on the world one song at a time armed with her synth-axe and a propensity for writing, arranging, performing AND producing her own modern electro-inspired music. SOPHIE has taken her melodic-electronic sound across North
America and Europe both headlining and opening for Sting, Shaggy and Alison Moyet. She’s a classically-trained pianist and keyboardist who studied piano performance at the Colburn School in Los Angeles.
SOPHIE also honed her engineering and production skills by working at the renowned Village Studios. SOPHIE recently released her album entitled “Retro Electro” on which she wrote, arranged, performed and produced all of the tracks. When not writing and recording her own songs, SOPHIE is a sought-after live, session musician and songwriter.
SOPHIE has also appeared on ABCʼs Good Morning America TV accompanying Shaggy on the keyboards.
SISTRA are a London-based sister duo making emotional electronic music – writing songs for each other, saying what the other can’t. They’ve supported Rose Gray’s UK tour, played All Points East and Latitude Festival, and sold out headline shows at Colours and Camden Assembly.
Winners of the PRS Open Fund, their music has received continued support from Mollie King’s Future Pop on BBC Radio 1 and Spotify playlists. Going from strength to strength, their anticipated debut album, She Won’t Let Go, came out in May, so Hyde Park is in for a treat with new music live.
Harrison is a UK producer, vocalist and DJ at the centre of a global breakout moment. Blending electronic precision with emotional pop intensity, his sound translates from streaming platforms to stadiums and major live events worldwide. His rework of t.A.T.u.’s “All The Things She Said” became a viral phenomenon, reaching #1 Viral USA & Canada #1 Global Viral, driven entirely by organic momentum. The record has dominated short-form platforms, soundtracked major arenas and international events, and established Harrison as one of the fastest-rising crossover
artists of the moment.
Wendy Bevan is a British multidisciplinary artist, musician, photographer and filmmaker whose work blends music, visual art and immersive performance. Known for her cinematic, ethereal aesthetic, she has performed across the UK and Europe at festivals including Latitude Festival
and Secret Garden Party, and at venues such as the Institute of Contemporary Arts.
As a singer, violinist and composer, she has collaborated with artists including Howie B and Paul Simm. A close collaborator with our headliners, in 2021, Bevan teamed up with Nick Rhodes on the acclaimed four-part, 52-track Astronomia project, a series of cinematic soundscapes inspired by
the universe.
Dubbed the “South Yorkshire Springsteen”, with hook laden, epic and energetic songs, all delivered with his trademark growl, soulful songwriter Sam Scherdel has been penning music since his early teens. With his gravelly voice contributing to his unique blueprint; his music is never too far strayed from the Rock and Alternative resonances that were the background of his youth.
Acclaim has followed from national BBC introducing and hundreds of performances starting from bars years ago through to recently arena-sized supports, make Sam one of the songwriting talents awaiting to turn heads. Now he’s back with a live show stronger than ever.
Previously announced, the legendary New York pop powerhouse Scissor Sisters will join us at BST Hyde Park. Two decades after kicking the door down to redefine pop music with genre bending hits like “Take Your Mama”, “I Don’t Feel Like Dancin’” and “Let’s Have a Kiki”, the band return with their signature mix of chaos, glam, grit and unapologetic queer joy – still unstoppable and forever filthy/gorgeous.
Global music icons Duran Duran unveiled their first new single for 2026 earlier this year. “Free To Love”, follows the huge news that the band will headline London’s BST Hyde Park for the second time on Sunday 5 July. An uplifting, high-energy track built around a euphoric groove, “Free To Love” features and was co-written by the legendary Nile Rodgers.
The new single delivers an explosive strain of cyber-funk – fun, immediate and built for the dancefloor, while carrying a message of positivity, openness and love in the face of a very divided world.
Duran Duran join an illustrious line-up of world-renowned artists who have graced the stage, from Stevie Wonder and The Rolling Stones to Bruce Springsteen, Taylor Swift and many more.
This year’s previously announced headliners include Garth Brooks (27 June), ATEEZ (28 June), Maroon 5 (3 July), Mumford & Sons (4 July), Pitbull (10 July) and Lewis Capaldi (11 July and 12 July).
