Sammy Rae & Friends Announce February 2025 UK Tour
Hot-footing from the summer release of their debut album, ‘Something For Everybody’, the phenomenal Sammy Rae & Friends announce that they’re bringing their uniquely infectious live show to the UK for February 2025.
Kicking-off 15 Feb in Glasgow, Sammy Rae & Friends will move on to hit Manchester, Bristol and London. Vibrant, intoxicating and infectious – a night with Sammy Rae & Friends is a melodic serving of pure joy.
Smash the moulds and ignore the pigeon-holed genres, Sammy Rae & Friends defy stereotypical expectations of today’s modern bands – instead Sammy Rae and Friends are a collective of dreamers and artists, which considers itself a family first. Fronted by singer and songwriter Sammy Rae, the group flourishes in any spotlight with a combination of all-for-one and one-for-all camaraderie, palpable chemistry, deft virtuosity, and vocal fireworks.
Think Mika crossed with The Scissor Sisters, Dodie, Lawrence, and The Brand New Heavies, with a dash of rock for good measure, the distinctive sound of Sammy Rae & Friends has attracted new fans by the thousands in the past few years. Prepare for a unique mélange of Sammy’s influences: classic rock, folk and funk and sprinkled with soul and jazz.
Having wowed London audiences when they supported Mika at this year’s Kew The Music, Sammy Rae & The Friends have come to represent more than just a band: they are a full-on movement being adopted with refreshingly diverse clientele. An experience not to be missed!
